With the possibility of requesting communication, from our side as soon as you tell us, your accounts or numbers, and we will contact you.
2. How to book
We will need the following data from you: the number of individuals, the number of children,
the place of residence, whether a hotel or hotel apartments, the room number,
contact numbers for the required flight, the required method, whether booking within a group or private reservation,
and the date of reservation according to your desire.
We will explain to you the possibility of booking on the required date,
the cost in detail and in total, and the exact date of the meeting.
3. Information about Trips
Our representative or guide will always be with you on most trips, and you will enjoy the services on the trips
chosen according to each program, whether the basic paid activities or the optional unpaid activities.
Long trips usually contain meals, or short trips do not include meals. Most trips include round-trip transportation.
All services that are not included can be requested in advance,
and we will coordinate them for you according to your desire.
4. Children's policy
In most trips, children from 5 to 10 years old pay half the adult price, and children under 5 years old are free.
Children's policies may vary in a few trips.
There are some trips that are not suitable for children, the elderly, pregnant women, or people with special circumstances.
They will be noted according to each trip.
5. Cancellation policy
Payment is made on all trips on the same day of the trip in cash only.
In the case of group reservations, an amount is paid under the account to prove the seriousness of the reservation.
In most trips, cancellation is free one day before the trip.
